How I work,
from brief to ship.

A short note on what I do, how I think about product, and where I’m most useful on a team.

I’m a product manager who treats shipped, adopted as the only finished state. For six years I’ve owned products from PRD to release across enterprise B2B and growth-stage B2C — partnering closely with engineering, design, sales, and customers. I work backward from a clear North Star, instrument adoption signals, and iterate against guardrails.

I’m most useful where the problem is ambiguous, the system is complex, and the rollout has to land with non‑technical users in operational environments. — a working principle

The work is rarely about the headline feature — it’s about the second screen, the exception flow, the audit log nobody asked for until they did. My job is to find the version of the product that actually gets used after the demo, then make it the obvious thing to ship next.

Customer discovery with distributors and sales heads. Workflow-first, role-based.

Concept

A trust-first checkout, not a cheaper one.

Users don’t abandon because prices are high — they abandon when prices feel unpredictable. A strategy to protect conversion and contribution margin.

Problem
Drop-off in quick commerce is driven by unexpected fees revealed late in checkout.
Approach
Reframed the problem as price certainty. North Star: Checkout Completion Rate.
Actions
Final-payable preview, fee explainers, phased experiment plan with sub-cohort.
Outcome
Experiment-ready plan with hard guardrails on burn, cancellations, margin.
