Responsibilities

Owned end-to-end product delivery from discovery and PRDs to Jira breakdown, sprint execution, QA, and release. Partnered closely with engineering, design, sales, and customer teams for demos, onboarding, and feedback loops. Defined success metrics (North Star + drivers + guardrails) and iterated based on adoption signals.

Impact

Shipped multiple products across B2B ops and growth, including a 0→1 DMS rolled out to 4 enterprise customers. Reduced manual tracking by ~30-35%, delivered +3.1% AOV lift, and improved product adoption by +29% through workflow and UX improvements.
